1. Who we are

Borrowsignal ("we", "us", "our") provides UK SME borrower-intent data to alt-lender customers. Our service is described at borrowsignal.com.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the leads we deliver:

• For B2B outreach to the listed UK SME companies only;
• In compliance with UK GDPR (Data (Use and Access) Act 2025) and PECR;
• With your own Legitimate Interest Assessment on file for direct marketing;
• Without resale, sub-licence, or onward transfer to third parties.

3. Data accuracy

Data sourced from UK Companies House (Crown copyright, public registry) plus public web sources (Google Maps Business Profiles, etc.). We do not warrant accuracy or completeness. Phone numbers, where present, are scraped from publicly visible sources and are subject to change.

4. Subscription, billing, cancellation

Subscriptions are monthly, billed in advance via our payments processor (Dodo Payments). You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds for unused portion of a paid period.

5. Free pilot

We offer a 7-day free pilot delivering up to 20 leads per day. No card required. You may end the pilot at any time without charge.

6. Service availability

We target 99% uptime measured monthly. Daily leads are delivered at 09:00 UK time (Europe/London); occasional delays up to 4 hours may occur without notice or refund.

7. Liability

Our total liability to you under these Terms is capped at the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, fraud, abuse, or non-payment. You may terminate by cancelling from your dashboard.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms by emailing the address on file 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
